T-DOSE is a free and yearly event held in The Netherlands to promote use and development of Open Source Software. During this event, Open Source projects, developers and visitors can exchange ideas and knowledge. This year's event will be held at Hofdael in Geldrop on April 25th and 26th 2020.

Jelmer Vernooij has been using free and open source software since 1997 and has contributed to various open source projects, such as Samba, OpenChange, Debian, Ubuntu and Launchpad.

Jelmer has contributed to various version control systems, including Subversion, Git and Bazaar. Together with John H. Terpstra, he is editor of the ``The Official Samba-3 HOWTO and Reference Guide'', published by Prentice Hall.
