T-DOSE is a free and yearly event held in The Netherlands to promote use and development of Open Source Software. During this event, Open Source projects, developers and visitors can exchange ideas and knowledge. This year's event will be held at Hofdael in Geldrop on April 25th and 26th 2020.
Op zaterdag 1 juni heeft de NLLGG leuke sessies in petto! Ze gaan namelijk in samenwerking met het Nederlandse Linux Magazine een gamestoernooi houden, uiteraard met Open Source spellen. Het gaat om de spellen MegaGlest, SuperTuxKart en Xonotic. Er zal dus flink gestreden worden! Two days filled with 34 talks on subjects ranging from Open Source in Education, System Administration to Software Development. In the hallways 3D printers were on show and the central space harboured Open Source projects. On Sunday there were workshops on git and debian packaging.
Like every year there was a Social Event, where speakers, visitors and developers can talk over a beer and something to eat. The evening was a big success and many interesting talks where held.
The dutch railways are doing extensive maintenance (http://www.ns.nl/werktrajecten/) this weekend. Trajectories to and from Utrecht (Nijmegen - 's Hertogenbosch, Utrecht CS - 's Hertogenbosch - Eindhoven) are affected. They will deploy busses, but visitors to T-DOSE should expect longer travel times.
