T-DOSE conference this weekend (27 and 28 October)

On Saturday 27 October the 7th T-DOSE conference will be opened by
Lennart Poettering with a keynote. Lennart is well known for his
developments on PulseAudio and Systemd (a Sys V init replacements). He
has a fresh look on todays issues and comes up with surprising solutions.

In cooperation with 'Open Source Onderwijs" (Open Source Education) an
entire track of lectures around open source usage in Education will be
given on Saturday 27th October.

During both days (27 and 28 October) an ongoing workshop around
"Hackable devices and 3D printers" will be given at T-DOSE. Visitors
will be able to view hackable devices and 3D printers based on the
beaglebone during both days of T-DOSE conference. Wim vandePutte and
Mitch Altman will be running ad hoc soldering workshops to do various
arduino projects. In the same corner Koen Kooi will show of 3D
printers, beaglebones and various other Open Source hardware.

About T-DOSE

T-DOSE is a free and yearly event held in The Netherlands to promote
use and development of Open Source Software. During this event Open
Source projects, developers and visitors can exchange ideas and
knowledge. This years event will be held on 27 and 28 October 2012 at
the Fontys University of Applied Science in Eindhoven.
