LPI Exams
LPI Exams during T-Dose 2016
The Linux Professional Institute (LPI) offers examinations, against reduced tariff, during T-DOSE 2016. The beta-exam LPIC-2 is free of charge.
To participate in examinations one needs to register at LPI.
A LPI Certificate is worldwide recognized. The community decides on the exams contents, not LPI.org.

One exam takes 2 hours including preparations (checking ID's and registration). All exams, except LPIC-2 beta exams, need to be payed in advance.using PIN transfers. It is not possible to pay with cash.
All exams are conducted on paper and the results will be sent after 6 - 8 weeks.
Participants need a LPI ID and a valid idenity card. In case you do not have a LPI ID, goto https://cs.lpi.org/caf/Xamman/register to create one.
During T-Dose 2016 the costs for an exam is as follows:
LPI Essentials: € 60
LPIC-1 101, 102: € 90
LPIC-2 201, 202: € 90
LPIC-3 300, 303, 304: € 90
The exams are planned at Saturday November 12 from 13:00 uur. Participant are asked to arrive 15 minutes before the exams start time.
