Smart and not so smart security implementations

In this talk Mark shows us how big companies having expensive ERP (Enterprise resource planning) solutions fail in having even a minimal level of security. Most of the time this is not because the software contains bugs or flaws but how we practically use it. We make most mistakes in short term solutions that have mayor impact in the future.
HTTPS, or more specifically TLS (Transport Layer Security), was the best invention after the invention of the internet itself. It brought integrity and confidentiality to all of us. HTTPS is broken. In this talk I show you how it is done, what is required to do it and who is able to do it.
