Edison is Intel's attempt at entering the maker and hobbyist market with their x86 based platform.

It contains an Atom CPU, a microcontroller, a fair amount of I/O, wi-fi and Bluettoth in a small package.

This workshop aims to demonstrate and inspire project ideas for this new platform, including remote control, simple robotics, sensor networks and automation.
