Marc Groenewegen teaches music software design at the Music & Technology department of HKU http://www.hku.nl
Most of his classes are based on design and programming with a main focus on music and sound, e.g. DSP, algorithmic composition or installations.

Being a software designer, he also develops applications for education support and external projects in the field of people with special needs.

Marc started using Linux in 1995 with the first CD-based version of Slackware and has been a dedicated Linux user and open source, open standards and open content advocate ever since.
